Faced repeated network issues in late 2020 and early 2021. Every time there was a power loss, I contacted the serviceman. Initially, he cited a power loss in our community's 2nd phase and mentioned backup batteries were requested. A month later, the same issue occurred; he said batteries were installed but lasted only 1 hour. Yet, when power was lost for just 15 mins, the network was down. Questioning the type and efficiency of the batteries used. Unsatisfactory service.

My experience with Excitel has been extremely disappointing. The Wi-Fi connectivity is absolutely unreliable, with frequent outages and painfully slow speeds. It’s impossible to get through even a single day without the internet dropping multiple times, making it nearly impossible to work from home or stream anything. Customer support has been equally frustrating—slow responses and no real solutions. Despite multiple complaints, the issue persists.

I am having the worst experience, it's been 10 days since I am facing the connectivity issue but there is no response even after filling a proper complain on app. The person who was suppose to check for the connection is not even picking up my call now. If you are thinking about taking the connection I would say try some other. If I would have option I would rate them in Negative.
