The mobile deposit has lost one of our checks, deposits do not show up as pending, bills paid do not show up as pending. We basically have no idea how much money is in our account, ever. Don't know if it's completely the app or the bank just sucks but I've never had a bank that takes weeks to pay a bill and loses deposits not to mention not putting those 2 things in the balance as pending. Do not move your money to this bank.

I enjoy going to the bank again. Its a relaxing, quick visit that wouldn't be the same if I didn't get told to "stay safe out there!" each time. If there's any room for improvement, I don't know where that would be since everything seems top notch to me.

The bank itself is great but the mobile app is complete garbage. choosing to lock you out and then proceed to give you an error message until you contact them to renter your account
