I think that this app is decent however it is lacking features that other banks provide. For example, I needed to withdraw money and it was across SECU and another bank. I was able to temporarily raise my ATM limit on the other bank app with no problem. When I went to the SECU app, there was no way to do it unless I called a 1-800 number. To me that defeats the purpose of having an app.

The recent update brings this down to a negative. Now the app crashes are sign-on. Prior to the update it was easily a 3. A three becuz there's a delay with postings, both credits & withdrawals. You can't schedule wire transfer. The secu2me is a noncompetitive money transfer service relative to Zelle or cash app. Unless you're transfering to another secu member it's not really worth the service because it takes days to reach the recipients account. I could go on...

The app works, but definitely lacking. Cannot view your bill pay stuff (it doesn't auto fill your current amount you have to pay despite having my bill already). There's a new Snapshot feature that keeps asking you every time you log in. I don't want or need that feature, please stop spamming me about it. Overall feels slow to use and doesn't feel like am Android app. Also, no way to provide feedback on the app but through here it seems.
