So disappointing! You follow the instructions but it rejects them. i've wasted weeks trying but all in vain. It's not convinient at all.

I don't kkow if you guys are even taking time to look through the reviews. How do you expect me to scan a QR code yet it's on the same phone am using? How do I register a new profile? This app is turning out to be a frustration and very inconveniencing. We should have stuck with the OTPs.
