This is the single worst product I have ever used. There has not been one sinflw time I have tried to do anything with this app that it hasn't struggled to perform the most basic of tasks or not our right failed and crashed. I don't understand how it is possible to sell a product that does not do the one basic thing it is designed to do and make no attempt to fix it. My board switched to this service a few months ago and it has only gotten worse and more frustrating to use in that time.

I have to force close the app after every use and then log back in. Thos can be super annoying when I have to show several homes in a day. The support staff on the phone is not very helpful. They have no problem making you wait when you are in extreme weather and come back with an unlawful answer. I dread showings when the instructions say there is a sentrilock lockbox.

App works when it wants to, which isn't very often. To get it to start working again, I had to delete all cached memory, passwords, delete the app, restart the phone, put it in airplane mode for 5 minutes, then give internet access back, download the app, open it and was finally allowed to enter the login information. It's a long drawn out process. Putting this here, in hopes that it helps others, because IT support isn't terribly supportive.
