Freezes on loading screen. I used to enjoy looking at my schedule and signing up for overtime, now the app freezes on the opening screen. If you need me to come in, you better let me know in advance because this app won't do squat! Nice thought, poor execution. Update 6/19/2024: Developer reached out to me and had me clear the cache and data for the app. Works fine now! 😊

Hi Rachel, Thank you for your rating and feedback. We have learned that some Android users may encounter a screen with our logo when attempting to open the app and apologize for this experience. For users encountering this, it requires them to clear our app storage and cache in the device settings to resolve it.

0 stars. Since the last update May 2025, the app WILL NOT stay logged in. I have to login everytime I want to check it. It's a major pain and was never an issue before this. I have reinstalled the app multiple times, and it still logs out. Please fix it, and I will edit my review! EDIT: The App developers seem to have revised the issue! 5 stars. EDIT 2: The App is broken again. Logs out everytime.

Requesting trades is more complicated than it should be. When you type in the name of a co-worker, their name shows up and then disappears. You then have to scroll all the way down to request the trade. Also, not sure if it's just my company, but we only have a few days in advance that we can request. Not sure why the company agreed to use the app, must have been a sweet deal.
