About this app

Control how, when and where your card is used by enrolling your Simmons Bank debit or credit card in Card Controls. You can also elect to receive specific alerts based on card activity. Get more visibility into your card while giving yourself peace of mind.

Features:
* Suspend Card: By suspending your card, we won't allow purchases or withdrawals will be disabled until you unsuspend it.

* Set transaction limits: Any purchases above your designated limit will be declined.

*Decline certain transactions: decline ATM, international and online transactions

*Receive alerts based on transaction type via text, push notification and/or email when your card is used in the following ways:
-In a transaction that exceeds a limit you set
-In a declined transaction
-When your card is not present
-To withdraw cash from an ATM
-In a foreign country
-At a gas station

This app uses device administrator permission.

Use this app in conjunction with Simmons Bank Anywhere app to get the most out of your card. For the Simmons Bank Card Controls app, you will create a new username and password.

Landmark Bank Customer. I would give it 0 stars if I could since it doesn't work. Every time I try to open it up, the app pops up a grey background with the name Simmons bank on it, and then disappears, then Android tells me "Card Alerts Keeps stopping" and asks me what do I wanna do. So what good is this app if it won't even open/fully load? Useless, that's what, absolutely useless!

Though I can make quick transfers between my personal and shared accounts, the app doesn't show all my pending transactions which makes it look like I have more available funds than I actually do. I'm starting to have to keep track on my own of my auths/transactions so that I don't accidentally get a $35 overdraft fee.

I couldn't get it to work from the beginning. After install it doesn't work and I can't open it so I went to forgot user name and tried forgot password I put in my email and get the message, if you have an email on the account I'll get a message sent to me, (no message).. put in my phone number, same message and same no message back. So I can only conclude that it maybe a sham to gather information. And since I can't find a phone number nor address to write I'm quite bemused.
