Ratings and reviews

I hate leaving bad reviews but this is warranted. This used to be one of my favorite smart apps for garage control and have been using it since 2017 but now it's pretty much useless. Just Drive and notifications have been broken for months and these features were essential on a daily basis. I don't know what happened and even though customer service is polite and responsive, I haven't gotten much answers lately except for "our devs are looking into it". 😕

I have used this app for almost 8 years now and it has progressively got worse. Nothing seems to wok as intended anymore and doesn't operate my garage in any fashion. Service is intermittent and I have learned not to use the app anymore. This used to be my favorite smart home addition and now I am unistalling and removing the device.

4 different devices, s7, a51, and 2 tablets. They don't get quick notifications about opening and closing. I know about sleeping apps, I know about deep sleeping apps, I know about optimization of apps, I know about the never sleep option. Nexx used to be great and now it can take up to 30 minutes before you get notified - 30 minutes is 30 too long. This is more than 5 years of use and I can only guess its going to get worse.
