HOW IT WORKS
1. Connect your Mobile Warming® battery to your heated garment and turn it ON.
2. Open MW Connect App and follow the prompts to autoscan and pair your heated garment with your mobile device or Wear OS watch.
3. When connected, MW Connect will display heat controls, battery level, and current heat setting of the garment. Adjust heat levels according to your needs.

I was pretty excited to have warm toes; but down loading the app was nothing but a shopping app. I was unable in any selection to locate the item attached to my feet, with the Bluetooth connection (advising an app was needed to connect) the videos showed a feature in the app that was no where to be found. Shouldn't be this difficult. My husband will now return to Costco, a stupid registered product. What a Christmas Bummer. I hate returns. 😒

For socks, it only works if both socks are operating, this is neither obvious or expected. It's also not at all helpful if one battery fails before the other. It's not as intuitive as it could be. The heat icons are meaningless and adding a simple % in the middle of each would nearly eliminate the instructions & use blue->red colors! When pairing, instead of a finish button change it to "finish, please close & restart the app". Again this would eliminate the instruction book and be easier.

I spent hours trying to get it to pair properly with my vest using an android phone. Most of the time it connects, but not totally. Not sure a blinking connection is complete as I don't feel any heat from the vest. Thought giving the battery a full charge would make a difference but that didn't help. After hours of playing with the app I think it connects, doesn't blink, and all controls seem to operate. I think we need an app update that works better. When functional I really like the app/vest
