Since updating to the new app, I've lost at least half the functionality I had before. Just tried adding a new withdrawal account to my profile and can't do it. It can only be done via computer, but requires a verification code from the app. Easy on the old version, but can't be done on the new one! The online instructions still reference the old app to add to the frustration. Don't update to the new app. It is nowhere near ready!

It forced me to use the new app which does not allow movement of money nor recieve secure messages. You can't move money in the app and you can't use your online account because it sends a message to the app... and the app doesn't have the functionality to recieve the message.

Really poor, any significant transactions need to be done via 'Skipton Online' which never recognises my password and then asks me to generate a passcode via the app which says it can't as it's 'not registered to this device' and you're then stuck in a loop...
