$500 matching gift. If you can fix this app. Hi WUSF. Love your balanced and broad news and entertainment. I primarily listen through this app (android) and chrome. However lately I experience a buffering pause every 10 minutes and the stream does not restart. Time to burst the iphone newsroom bubble and make this work for the rest of us! Also experience the same issue on chrome browser.

This is a fantastic app and deserving of four to five stars except for one fatal flaw. Every time the signal fades or Wi-Fi switches to data I have to hear the station identification and fundraising opening message. This can happen multiple times during one story. It is the only flaw with what is otherwise a fantastic app. It can create such a frustrating experience. I am a loyal daily listener and monthly contributor. Please address this one flaw.

Love WUSF! My favorite NPR station in the nation. However, the update is horrible. Plays for about 30 seconds and shuts off. This maybe an android issue. Solution: delete app and download NPR app. The National app functions as it should.
