Balances do not update correctly or in a timely manner. Often, it will show a higher available balance than what is actual. Pending transactions sometimes take days to show, or they will disappear, only to reappear days later. I have mentioned the problems before. Still there. The mobile deposit does not work well compared to other banking apps I have used. Frustrating overall. I'm switching banks again because of this.

I recently received an update on my android and now I can not use the app. I used this app everyday and now it's useless. I hope they find a fix soon!! If Hopewell wants you to go mobile then they need to be faster with updating their systems to make sure their customers have access to their accounts!!!

This is such a better answer than traditional banking. The senior staff is five star. The upcoming stock looks and functions as they are very smart and capable. They understand customer service is important and truly service our needs very proud of this business. Excellent fraud division you can trust this small town business.
