So far a big disappointment. Could not sign up for service. Took several days of working with support to get an account activated. Now,I am trying to make call. App is super unintuitive. Finding a place where to dial a number is next to impossible. To this point I keep running into an issue of 'no available contacts with thisnumbet'. I have no idea what this means but I am unable to place any calls. Tried dialing with country code with + and country code. No dice. So far useless.

The App is worse than 5 years ago. I can't find where to set forwarding number. None of the five buttons at the bottom works. The most important function is hidden in nowhere. And it keeps saying lost connection. My connection is good for all other apps. I am able to have video conferences with Zoom. It's definitely a bug. When I tried the service, there is a annoying announcement. After the first call, I bought the number. Then the service is totally blocked, because of ID verification pending.

The forwarding number can be configured in the user's profile section in the web app. Could you please specify which important function is hidden? App is very unstable. Contact names suddenly get lost and just numbers are displayed. Outgoing call fails despite balance in account. Its random, sometimes work, sometimes doesnt. Not a reliable soultion when you want to make outgoing call. Update: Giving three stars for atleast incoming calls are working. That's because incoming is not through app, its directly to the configured forwarding number. App still has issues, hoping that development team can rectify issues in android app.
