I had taken a one-month subscription and made the payment, but after three days, messages started appearing asking me to recharge. During these three days, the app was also freezing, and I was asked to update it twice. The money I spent for one month went to waste. This is a terrible app.

I'm not able to create my account on it, also not able to get OTP on my Number. I have check my connection and try multiple time but still not getting. what can i do in that case?? same happened with login with google as well, also your UI is not stable with my phone getting distorted ui when OTP triggered, blank box appear it may be for otp send successful but not display yet

I’m facing an issue with my Sparky AI subscription. It keeps showing that I don’t have an active subscription, but when I close and reopen the app, it shows that I do have one. Also, whenever the chat becomes long, it asks me to subscribe again and there's no other option to ask for help . Just Don't Buy this app subscription.
