To all small business owners - Never use Spetz. They will still charge you even if you don't even take up any service jobs with them. Danger Danger. I rarely leave a review but when it's the case of protecting yourself and others from a bad service app company stay away from them. I've never did a job for them and they still charged me this was in 2023 and requested for them to remove my contact details from their register.

Just a con to get your money. You are charged for every phone call recieved even if you don't get the job and more than one applicant can be charged for the same job. I do lawns for $50 and spetz can and will charge $54.34 for a phone call. Buyer be aware. Profit can be eaten by non standard phone call prices. One star because clients get a response fast. Tradies can lose money. Customers ring to see if, when and how much. If they don't get the right response they decline the job. Cost to you.

I have received 3 service calls. During first phone call I was driving and was not able to answer. During second call, I was working and didn't heard incoming call. Third service call that I answered was canceled by customer. Now I need to pay $119 for nothing and spetz customer service don't want to deactivate my account. I will not recommend this app to anyone.
