About this app

Automatic selection of the SIM for outgoing calls based on your defined rules

- user account (including work profile as virtual account)
- contact

- number
- number starts with
- roaming

This app cannot work on devices without dual sim or multi sim.

Some manufacturers implement the selection of the SIM in the phone app and not in the operating system, in these cases a SIM must be defined in the system settings of the device as standard for calls, that Multi Sim Selector can function correctly.

Multi Sim Selector / Dual Sim Selector needs the permissions:
- to monitor and stop all your outgoing calls and also to recognize the calling numbers: ability to start the call again with the SIM you defined in the app's rules.
- to start a new call directly: because selecting a SIM for you can just be done in a directly call without displaying your default caller app again.
- to your phone: ability to show you all available SIM cards in the rules you can set.


What this app cannot do:
There is no handling of incoming calls such as a possible blocking of calls. SMS, neither incoming nor outgoing, can also be controlled. Likewise, through this app no ringtones can be set or the data SIM can be changed.

Ratings and reviews

The trial version was great. The purchased version was a challenge to set up 'cause of the number of settings and that they are bit hard to follow. I finally got it to work but it would have been nice if the full version had the option to set it to the default/suggested settings that make it auto-operate like the trial version. Happy to pay for this app, though. It good workaround for a dual SIM Samsung problem: can't receive texts via one SIM, while on a call using the other SIM.

Another review said "Google should buy this and put it in Android". They are absolutely correct. This app is essential to operating my phone with dual sims. It allows me to differentiate personal and work calls without carrying two phones. I would like to see one small improvement. The ability to turn off one of the SIM's based on my work schedule. The point is to not receive work calls on my days off.

UPDATE for below: I seem to have fixed the issue with calling from the car by sorting contacts and accounts etc. on the phone. Thanks for getting back to me, and all good with the app now. Will have to purchase for full functionality. ________________ Works great when just using phone, but struggles to call from car Bluetooth system. I think its due to multiple numbers on the contact merged from different accounts. Seems to try and connect mutiple times then drops the call.
