The previous app was visually better and the quick balance feature was the one I used most, (also payment requesting was quick), now it doesn't even matter if I use the app or website - still have to log in and it kinda looks terrible. Shame, it was a great app that we used to use in school as an example but now it's butchered. Would be great if there was an option to use the older(though understandable, if maintaining two is problematic)

Biometrics not working properly. Most of the time it just tells you an error to try again. You actually have to wait for the error for about 10 seconds. Doesn't also show notifications whenever money is transferred, withdrawn or a payment has been made since it is never logged in (logs out automatically). Plus the UI looks really bad and confusing compared to the older version. I really don't get it why there was a need to take a completely perfect app and break it.

To fix named issues please open “settings > all applications > Swedbank Eestis”, clear data and then force stop the application. After these procedures please log in to app and set up all features as before. Also, when logging in is longer than normally, then switching between mobile internet and Wi-Fi connection may also solve the error.

my device for some reason doesn't show the option to choose unlocking the app via fingerprint, only Smart-ID, Mobiil-ID and PIN-Calculator. I was having no problem with that until couple months ago. I also saw the same app in my friends' phones and they had no problem with logging in via biometrics. I checked all the Settings, but for some reason i can't quite get the opportunity back. Any help will be appreciated, thanks in advance :)

Thank you for your feedback. For restoring biometrical login in Swedbank app, I suggest to clear app data in device settings. Open: phone settings-applications-Swedbank-storage-clear data. Next you can log in and enable all app preferences again. If the biometrical login will be still unavailable, please send us feedback directly from app contacts.
