About this app

The Nærboks app gives you access to the Nærboks in which your package is delivered. With the app, you get a simple overview of your delivered packages, and you get a notification as soon as your package is ready in Nærboks.

The first time you need to have a package delivered in a Nærboks, you will receive an SMS with a link to the app - then you will register as a user and now receive all information through the app.

When you need to pick up your parcel, you must activate Bluetooth and follow the app's simple instructions to open the door to the Close box in which your parcel is located.

In the app you can:
- See which Nærbox your package is in
- Open the door to the Nærbox
- Find your way to Nærboks with GPS
- Hand over your package
- Switch between multiple languages
