No on responds to missing points or dollars . I contacted cs on the app 5x and not one response.

App is not even opening after update. Click through from SMS message does not go directly to app. It either goes to the Google Play Store and then the app, which is now stuck on the flash page, or now on 2nd try with the SMS, goes to the website.
