I've been playing this game for years and love it. However, I'm having a big issue.... After every day, I get the same ad that's just a black screen. It takes you to "office suite" or something like that on Google play when clicked. I keep having to shut down the game and reload after ever day! Please fix. Also, is there a way to pay to remove ads? Update: loved the quick customer response! I hope the ad issue is fixed soon! Thank you!

I have nothing but good things to say about this game! It is fun, relaxing, engaging, and cute! Its inclusive and has a nice story line. you are not required to spend any real money and in game gems and money are easy to earn. some ads but not too many. easy to complete levels but each one has its own challenges. characters talk in a cute gubberish language but text bubbles are in english. Overall great!!

Sadly, I can't tell you how good this game is with only 500 letters. I have too many good things to say. What I can fit in this though is that it has a great art style, being really cozy, great gameplay, I was immersed when playing, great balancing, you being able to ask your customers "what" to have a clearer look at their order, almost no ads, self explanatory, and a really good shop, items being fairy priced and being able to buy cosmetics with the money.
