It is broken and has been for a long time. It just says "oops can't find location near you". Search function doesn't work either. It used to work, but even when it did the location closest to me rarely had "order ahead" available, so couldn't get my points for ordering in app, so it was pointless even when it did work, which is a shame because the few times it did work, it made ordering so much easier and pickup more convenient!!

the app is broken and has been broken for a long time. when it worked, it would never save card info and i could never redeem points, it would always present and error. now the app just opens and no matter what says "no stores in your area" even when I'm parked in front of the store. it's been like this for a few MONTHS now, this is ridiculous

The store itself is great, 4 stars. The app sucks, 1 star for that. Never works, no store is ever 'available', and hours are wrong. I'm literally parked outside an open store right now at 7:38pm when the app said they closed at 7. When I last inquired at the store if they'd had any reports of issues with their app, they knew nothing. And some peoples's apps must be working, because they're still reviewing and processing online orders somehow. Android s21 is certainly not functional.
