Now the 12 cut chicken is not clean properly. Before, it was very clean, and now the fat and skin were not removed properly. I even made the complaint on the app, but they didn't even bother to contact me.

I LOVE everything about this app. Starting from the price to discounts and points you can save(which can be redeemed). I am yet to order via the app so let's see how that goes.(Also, the delivery's free which is great) Wished there was a bigger version of yummy snacks tho..(Oh...you can also redeem coupons to get additional discounts which can be great for people thrifty like me😅😅)

Have been a consistent user since over 2 years now, but something has gone terribly wrong with it in the past 2 months.. just gets stuck.. the last 3 days I've been trying to make an order, but it's not getting through. Also, why the hell fix something, which ain't broken?? The app UX was perfect before and now it's completely ruined!!! Someone needs to be fired, really!
