I can't do anything with the app. Ever since I've installed it on my s24 Ultra, all it says within a pop-up at the startup of the app "There was an error parsing the server response, please try again later." I've had the app for weeks. Un-installed it today and reinstalled it. Nothing makes the pop-up go away, and nothing seems to make the app improve it's "glitch."

There are major differences between how the app looks and works on Android vs. iPhone. I have constantly had issues on Android phones with accessing the NSLS calendar, seeing all the events listed there, seeing the photos for the events, messaging people-the list goes on and on. The issues I have had are not like two other Chapter Leaders who use iPhones-it's a completely different experience. I have sent issue reports to no avail. Google Play shows the app hasn't been updated since 2020.

Overall, not impressed with the NSLS app. For a prestigious US national society, their app is lacking. My birthday is incorrect on it, despite it being correct on my profile on the website. I'm not sure why there isn't direct communication between the two. It also deletes my profile picture every time I reset it. Every member has to pay $100 membership fee when entering into this society, yet they can't spare an extra penny toward their app? Which I feel their newest members would appreciate.
