tunetalk line is very bad.. my internet plan has expired while I have only been topup for less than 30 days.. the application is also not good

The line is bad. Cant say about the app. The Line its ether the receiver cant hear the caller or the caller only slightly hear the receiver talking. Although its all u can talk for rm 20, but whats point of paying rm20 if cant hear 😑

Felt like a scam. As a non-Malaysian, the app did not recognise my passport and as a result, I did not manage to activate my plan even though I have paid RM30. Tune Talk should have made it mandatory for customers to register first before allowing them to purchase the sim plans.
