Bought this watch yesterday. After downloading the app, the app failed to get the location. Have tried reinstalling multiple times but the error still persists. Moroever the quick start guide talks about features which are not there on the watch so not sure where is the disconnect. So far it's been a painful experience.

This app and watchoutwearables doesn't deserve any star review. The process is so hard. I am going back and forth to bind the watch from watchoutwearables to the app wherecom... disgusting customer service. No contact number only emails. What are we in stone age!!!! Please don't buy watchoutwearble and use wherecom app not user friendly and certainly not customer friendly !!!

Gps locationbis not getting updated frequently. It required continuous touch on map page. This is the pathetic , disappointing and cheating from supplier, as this is the feature why we bought this smart watch else other smartwatch with gps feature are available in market with good quality and cheap in cost. Msg being sent from watch to mobile is pretty slow. I request you to update the app sonthat gps location of the watch get updated continuously . Remaining features are on 2nd priority
