Through the application, our technicians consult and collect data in the field, which is essential for providing a service with technical excellence.
With the Fibrasil App we hope to facilitate the daily routine of our technicians and deliver an even better service to our users, as in the application it will be possible for the field agent to inform that he is going to the customer, as well as indicate whether he has completed a service order (OS) or even if he failed to carry it out and provide details of such situations.
The application performs authentication with the Microsoft Active Directory system to ensure that only previously registered Fibrasil employees are able to access and consequently use it.
