Slow, very slow unless you use real money. In order to play the game and acquire properties you need to collect 10,000 UPX. That can only be done by purchasing tokens or waiting years for your initial (free) properties to generate enough rent to collect 10K. Game is designed so you should be flipping your properties at a profit. But it does not allow unless you reach that 10K goal. Streak bonuses are given but only three and then they stop. Not enough to get you to the 10K. Interesting concept.

Wasn't able to purchase the Fair Start Act property, as it would say "something went wrong, please try again" every time after multiple times restarting the app. Decided to restart my phone, and then it said the property was out of range even though there were properties further away that weren't out of range. It's an interesting idea, but in my experience the execution is terrible so far. Please fix your app.

It's a cool concept but it's almost impossible to start and play. All you do is sit there wandering around hoping to find a property you can afford. Most properties are way out of your price range unless you plan on spending real money. I haven't even been able to play the game properly because of the insane economy system. Every city is oversaturated with competition. The ads made it seem as if you could, "buy your hometown" this is false. The only places you can go are a few metropolitan areas
