At V’s, we always strive to provide each and every patron with a memorable experience from the minute they step into one of our shops. And now that experience starts here… with a brand new V’s Barbershop app.

To start with, V's barbershop is a wonderful company that is consistent across all its locations. The original app worked just fine. This new app is an absolute mess. It is far less intuitive than the original app. Most importantly, it does an abysmal job in scheduling appointments. After you schedule an appointment, it does not show it on the future appointments tab. Ever. There now is no option to include family member names when making multiple appointments. Will lose business over this.

Only things that would make it better is if I could pay on the app for the Queen Creek location. Also, if I could book appointments farther out.

Wowza. This is the most inconsistent, worthless app I have downloaded. Appointments NEVER show up in future tab, and booking is discombobulated. I have even missed appointments due to the inconsistency of this app. Seriously, fix it. V's is a great barbershop, and this app does NOT reflect that. *On a Note 10 Plus*
