The app works just fine, no need to setup an account, just tap "skip" in the upper right corner. I'm not sure what all the fuss is about. Very simplistic UI that functions well. The only glitch I've found is I periodically have to close and reopen the app to connect. The fastest and easiest way to access files is using an SD card reader connected to a PC.

You can skip thru all the login screens which helps especially when trying to get a freshly happened traffic problem. Honestly I'm not sure why it's got a log in to begin with - it's obvious if someone tries to reach on to the system with a loudly broadcast WIFI NOW CONNECTED. STOP RECORDING. There's literally no help. Kept getting verification too frequent error message. Contact them by email, all they said was to exit out and try it again. That's no kind of help with your app. I follow all the directions on the dash cam and everything and still it won't work I can't see any video also there's a blank black screen but yet it says that it's recording how are you recording when it's showing me nothing?
