Ratings and reviews

The app is the biggest disappointment. Though there is an option to raise queries/ticket, it rarely works. There is no option to pause the subscription. The only option available is to delete the subscription and resubscribe when needed. The catch here is even though sufficient balance is there for subscription, while resubscribing, the app forces you to again recharge the wallet at least for one month.

I'm extremely disappointed with the customer support. Despite reaching out via WhatsApp and calling both contact numbers listed in the app, no response—calls were disconnected immediately. Order was delivered to the wrong address. I raised a ticket, but instead of resolving it, the ticket was auto-closed. The support team is pathetic, showing no concern toward customer issues. The brand claims to stand for “doing what’s right,” but in reality, it seems to be doing what's convenient for them.

customer support is useless. they reply at their ease and are not able to resolve delivery issues effectively. their delivery tracking is a complete blunder. partial orders delivered are not reported back. it is the headache of customers to get this fixed on their own.
