Lots of employees don't know how to use this app. I ordered and paid before going to 803 Hoang Sa store, then have to waited 1h until I recognized they completely forgot my order. Then I received my coffee but 30' later she kept forgot to put my order to finish

Many Bugs... Chosen Location kept shuffling to different address, resulting in unhelpful customer service. Had to travel 4km to get the drinks, cancelled orders are not refunded. Tech Team blamed their glitch on customer's ordering method. Shame on the new development
