I wanted to give zero. I use this app almost every day, and almost every time i take a day off im double charged by these fools. These use a pending charge that in this case takes money from your account the moment youre first charged , and then takes money from your account again a couple hours after the 24hr pass ends. Idk whats going on but this is a headsup for anybody looking to use this srrvice.

I had the worst experience with these bikes and they have the audacity to raise the price of the passes and still offering the same messy service. Bikers Waiting for batteries in the cold for one hour + that's unacceptable . The docks don't even work. No charged bikes in the morning. Such a long wait when calling for help.

they got a real one problem, when anyone wants to change buttery, they really have to wait for a long time at least half an hour...... the problem is that you need to take the bike to the doucket every 6 hours, even if you still work, or you have to pay 15$ fine
