Unless you pay you don't get anything, this app is a joke. I expect that in an app that is free to download that there would also be features that would be free to use. If you're not going to make that the case, then make it a paid app. Otherwise, it's just false advertising. With the added interaction, I seriously wish I could make this -5 stars.

How do you expect us to keep getting you the information you need? There are quite a few features that are included in the app. You can find fire hydrants, which is the main purpose of the app, and as an added bonus, you can catalog your own fire hydrants as well. There's nothing false about what is advertised anywhere on our platform.

Don't waste your money on this app as it doesn't show any hydrants. If you install and pay for the app, then decide that I was right and you want a refund, nope no refund.

The main purpose of Residential Mode is to find fire hydrants. The app will find fire hydrants within a 1000ft. radius from your location but unfortunately not every fire hydrant in the U.S. is catalogued so your exact location may not be in our service area. What specifically is the app missing that is claimed?
