05-13-2024: Event recording every time the leaves moves in the wind... So, basically continuous recording throughout the day and night.. 🤦 and still no notification... 7-2-23: Can't login, keep saying weak signal. I'm literally 2 feet away from my router... 5-10-23: Notifications doesn't work and the help menu is not in English... The app kind of sucks, compared to other apps with similar features.... Hopefully they improve it over time...

Product is awful!!! Doesn't record motion activity unless alarm feature is on. Lot of times recording feature doesn't kick on until person is walking away. In dead of winter, recordings were unwatchable, all in red sometimes and sometimes upside down. I don't get but 2-3 months charge on battery. Low battery reminder doesn't work. Customer service is a joke, essentially non-existent. 30 day warranty is not enough time to realize all the problems. Ran out of room to list all the issues.

Well I've have some good/bad issues with this app. First major issue is that although in playback mode the timeline will show grey as in it got recorded, It skips, I am watching footage from yesterday and it skips from 19:29 or 7:19 pm to 21:06 pm or 9:06 pm. That's almost 2 hours of loss footage, also want to note that I was in live view yesterday from 7:19 pm to 21:06 pm with the camera around that time and I wasn't disconnected so where did the footage go? Why can I view something live but then when i go back, it skips over that time frame. Also have had issues with what I can tell is signal loss or a blacked out section in the timeframe. This happens randomly between 7:30am - 10:30pm at night but I have a clean signal from 10:30 pm to the next morning. What is affecting my wifi signal? I tried different channels. Also the app should self clean up expired videos/photos. One feature I'd like to see is that it can distinguish between a screen shot and a period of motion, most screen shots are showing be the play button but i go and play it, it has a timeframe of 0:00. I also hate that during some days I get an error "There is no video recorded at this moment but if I power cycle the camera, i get the continuous record to function again or those odd times that I can only watch what is listed in "orange" but what is listed in orange on local playback doesn't coincide with what is listed within the motion section. Would love to help make this product better.
