I've been dealing with a complete lack of internet connection from Rain for over 10 days now. Despite numerous calls to their customer service, nothing has been resolved. Our 5G router consistently shows no signal, rendering it useless. As someone who works remotely, this situation is completely unacceptable. I've logged multiple complaints under reference number 18129211, yet there's been no action taken. Considering canceling my subscription altogether. If you're considering Rain, think twice.

The application ceases to function when encountering an issue, making it challenging to ascertain whether Rain is experiencing a problem. I have sent an email on Friday due to the internet being slow and also being unable to login to the App, but there was no feedback or reference/ticket number, so, actually Rain is no where to be found, and internet is extremely slow

My rain has been working perfectly since I bought it last year,now all of a sudden,ok having issues,it's connected but can't access the internet...the app is also crushing can't log in my account. Rain,you gonna loose one of your trusted customers because I'm thinking of cancelling this,in paying a lot of money for this poor service,tried calling your customer care but no help.
