It provides clear overview of all your products, account balance, payments, credit top up and branch map. Sign up with PIN or fingerprint, use PIN for payment approval so there is no need to confirm with sms key. Download and use of Smart Banka is free of charge.

Is it safe?
Yes, mobile apps breaching is very hard. Sign up to Smart Banka where payments are protected with 4 – 8 digit PIN code that only you know. The communication between Smart Banka and bank server is highly protected & encrypted.

Ratings and reviews

The app works great. Unfortunately, the amount of spam ads offering different products seems to be increasing over time. This is not really about the app, but they even called me to set up a meeting about new products and clearly tried to make it sound like it was important and some admin about the account needed to be done, which turned out not to be true. Just starting to paint a picture about how this bank is changing for the worse.

Good until I needed to change my correspondence address. App does not identify address from Trvalý pobyt and provides no other way of manually updating and verifying address aside from scanning občanka (which I don't have)! I don't want to go to the branch and waste my time on this, fix it!!!

I like the app but recently the transaction stats are broken. You can see what categories of things you spent money on during month, but when you click on the category to see the exact transactions it just keeps loading infinitely without showing anything. This worked fine before. Fix pls.

Time for some maintenance! We’ve focused on ensuring the app runs as smoothly as possible and we’ve fixed some minor bugs. In the meantime, we are preparing the app for our new upcoming products and services which will introduce soon.
