The Germany ticket from a single source in one app.
How it works:
Download the Deutschland-Ticket app from the Erfurter Bahn (EB) from the AppStore. Register with your e-mail address and a password, fill in your contact information before the first purchase and choose your suitable ticket.
Pay easily and quickly and drive off. Have fun!
Please do not forget:
Make sure you have purchased and activated your ticket before you travel. And make sure your smartphone is working and charged.

- Convenient cashless payment
Before you can buy tickets for the first time, please register under the "Profile" tab. Click on “Register” and enter your first and last name and your e-mail address. You will then receive an e-mail from us asking you to confirm your account and assign a password (8 characters, upper and lower case letters as well as numbers or special characters).
If you are registered, you can use all the functions of our app without restrictions. Before purchasing a ticket, it is necessary to complete your profile. Select your desired ticket in the “Tickets” tab and click on “Buy”. You will then be securely forwarded to our payment service provider to complete the purchase. Your preferred payment method is saved automatically and you don't need to enter your details again the next time you make a purchase. After successful purchase, you will find your purchased ticket in the “My Tickets” area. Here you can also see how long your ticket is still valid.
