A procurement process does not always have to be initiated for a documentation-safe processing of fault messages, defects or requirements.
Our VitriApp message helps to ensure that these small but important tasks do not go under in everyday life and that the quality of the facility or workplaces of the company suffer.
Messages can be easily and quickly assigned to specialists. They receive the message directly on their smartphone and can start working. When the work is finished, the completed work is signaled via status feedback, an optional work report and signature. At the end of the day, those responsible for FM and the reporting employee can view the overview of the fault reports that have been completed.
