After you have taken out the HUK-COBURG or HUK24 telematics tariff and then registered in the “My Car” app, you will receive your telematics sensor sent to your home free of charge. Ratings and reviews

The goal of the app is not bad but: -it bugs a lot (doesn't want to open, or doesn't record a drive) -it works only with Google maps, and unfortunately I'm taking the same road quite often, with a problem of speed limit from Google maps. It indicates 80 at some point instead of no limit (Germany) and therefore impacts my score, and so my bonus. I had the same problem to go to Memmingen, with a portion limitited at 60 km/h on Google Maps instead of 100 in reality. -the chabot is really bad.

It is not flawless, sometimes it doesnt startup, or it stops somewhere in the trip. I use it now a few weeks, i was trained for driving ambulances, i drive smooth, without strong braking or accelerating. I live in the Eifel, so a lot of small roads with curves. First week, 100 points. Than it gave some messages i break too strong and now it says the steering is too much. I drive slow and smooth. The algorytms of the app are not ok. From 100 points i went down to 84 in 1 week. Crazy.

Sorry to say that, but the app is very poor, as well as the sensor. Very öfter there is no connection between the app and the sensor which of course being reflected on bonus score. But I suppose that is by design, correct? To lower the driving history to decrease the bonus, that is why the updates are usually brocken. I will switch to a more reliable insurance company with better software and hardware support.
