Move everything under control - the new free LIDL Connect App makes all life easier for customers. The LIDL Connect app you retain the absolute cost control - you find all important information about your plan, on request you can book options to or accessed directly from within the app our customer service.

LIDL Connect customers can always retrieve their credit and charge when necessary. Using the comfort charging the credit will even automatically charged on request - this saves time for the finer things in life. If you say, "My fare and I, we do not fit together," you can adjust your plan directly from the app or switch.

Of course, the data usage is charged by the use of the app!

The app crashes every time I open it today (August 30, 2025), but it seems this is an issue on the associated website as well.

Worst than any other similar app even Aldi has a better app! The login is broken, always have to try multiple times. Sometimes it doesn't work at all. you get a message saying "technical problem" or "oops that shouldn't have happened" If it works everything is super slow. want to charge your account? It takes for ever! Want to change your plan? takes forever. Every other app allows users to use the app even if you don't have data, so you can buy a data packet but your crappy app does not. Awful!

This is literally the worst app I've ever seen. There's always something not working, even though there are updates all the time. Now I need to charge my phone and I simply CANNOT because there's an error when I open the page. They say to try it later and still nothing. No updates available either. Am I supposed to simply not have charge because of your incompetence?!
