Unable to contact support since last 2 weeks. Tried toll free number and email but no response. scammers. they don't pick up the call once payment is made. I lost my money and there is no support. no answer to email or phone. how can I get a hold of this ? HELP

the assigned person tried to charge me extra by calling my personal number saying that I have returns and he needs some percentage of it .even though I provided him with all details that need to be filled and submitted which took him 15mins to complete.also he change my Income tax poral security settings with out my concent to bypass the otp . this app is not trustable .they are trying to loot some extra money .I reported it to their customer care.its been 10days but no response yet

Good app, easy to use, easy to fill return, now coming to the best part to have this app ...you don't have to go anywhere just some clicks..some words to type upload your form 16 and you are done. then the person from the other side will help you to finish the formalities...this time it was Saurabh Awasthi ...the sense of his professionalism can be understand by his work...a proficient person with lot of knowledge about the subject and keen to help with the every possibility...thank to Saurabh
