About this app

SwanMobile Push is an Android smartphone app for receiving and handling
alarms from CareCom systems.

SwanMobile Push works whether the mobile phone is connected to a local area network via WiFi,
or if the phone is connected to the telecommunications provider's network via GPRS, 3G or the like.
The employee should not think about disconnecting and disconnecting the networks as it is handled automatically by the SwanMobile Push app.

With SwanMobile Push you can interactively reject or accept alarms. Alarms will always be received - no matter which app the employee uses - as SwanMobile Push is constantly running in the background.
The alarms must either be accepted or rejected. After typically 2 minutes there will be
time out and the alarm are passed on to the next staff in the call schedule.

Upon acceptance, additional information regarding the alarm is provided - eg
phone number and notes on citizen's health (diabetes, breathing difficulties
etc.). A single press can be called back to the citizen.
