The solution gives you the opportunity to get closer to your neighbors, property, and association, as it includes a unique possibility to communicate with your neighbors and the board, as well as Cobblestone as the property manager. The solution is also used for Cobblestone to communicate general messages to Cobblestone customers. This applies whether you are a member of the association, owner or tenant.

Furthermore, the solution offers several self-service options regarding terminating leases and listing your cooperative apartment for sale, as well as assistance in reporting insurance claims and obtaining information about your property/association through our FAQ section. This way, you can find information without having to wait for a response from Cobblestone, the board, or the property owner.

If you have a communal space, a guest apartment, or share tools and equipment for borrowing, you can use the solution to book and check availability, as well as make payments directly through the solution.

If you wish to get closer to your neighbors, the solution allows you to communicate with others in the solution, as well as plan and organize events with registration and payment, etc.

If you are an association customer, the solution also allows you to download relevant documents about the association and check the status of the association's operational economy.

As a board member in a Cobblestone-managed association, there will also be a unique opportunity to interact internally within the board, as well as coordinate the dialogue and handling of inquiries through a special task and ticket system, ensuring nothing is forgotten or there is uncertainty about whether inquiries have been answered by the board and by whom. The history and open and closed inquiries can continuously be seen by the board, which has special extended access to use the whole solution.

The solution will also be used to approve invoices if you are a board member. Furthermore, you can seek compensation for your expenses and request board compensation through the solution.
