About this app

Capture information directly via the app on site at the customer, which is seamlessly transferred to the main eEvolution system. In this way, all sales processes are archived and are then available with the customer data record, including the complete history.
The eEvolution CRM app creates transparency in sales work and ensures that leads, sales opportunities, prospects and customers are contacted by sales in a timely, timely and demand-driven manner.
With the CRM app you can easily create, view and edit the following data. Data that has already been created can be found quickly and easily using a search and suitable filter options:
• personal and general leads
• personal and general sales opportunities
• personal and general offers
• Personal and general appointment lists (including appointment creation with the option of assigning them, for example for a colleague)
• Contacts
Note: The CRM module is required to use the CRM app.
The eEvolution CRM is fully integrated into the address management as well as the offer and order management. In addition, the use of eEvolution project accounting enables the recording and evaluation of working times for the individual sales projects.
When using the eEvolution Exchange / Outlook synchronization, all incoming and outgoing e-mails are of course also automatically documented in the CRM processes.
