I cannot recommend Endesa. Their customer service must be some of the worst I have ever experienced. And the app is not offering any possibility to contact Endesa in an efficient way. No response on WhatsApp, Messanger and all email accounts are bouncing back. App is just freezing trying to contact support.

Initially the registration seemed quite simple although the time to enter your mobile code is too short. However after verifying the email I received, the app now does not recognise the same email address and says that this account does not exist so I cannot login. I'm sure I'm about to get a response telling me to email the support email instead of actually fixing the problem that many others are experiencing.

Terrible app, the only one on my phone inccompatible with my password manager (not even the copy and paste option works). Slow and full of bugs.
