Although the app has a lot of useful features and it is easy to configure and use, the controllers fail rate, at least in my case, was high. I bought 8 shutterbox controllers and 2 are no longer working in about one month, which is really disappointing, as these are not the cheap segment. Edit: each of the failing controllers was on a different phase with some other devices and nothing else had operating issues. I discussed with local rep and they will replace them. Thank you for support

Our drivers have a 5-year warranty, the easiest way to claim it is directly through our support team(blebox.eu/contact). Damage after such a short time may indicate faulty electrical installation - please include the installer's data in the, preferably with the electrical authorization number in accordance with local law-we will verify this matter.

Device doesn't work for a few hours once there's a short internet interruption (1-2'), like a router restart or refresh -and without power supply issue- according to blebox support it's a protection mechanism (device is also interrupting sometimes) -> update improves, I've added a star. Remotely there aren't so many options. Other devices I've got at home are better designed for the domo market. Don't buy that!

The sauna heat driver should be set to the disabled state after each power interruption - it's for safety. You can switch on it after such outage. Update: we have recently introduced some changes to the saunaBox so that the device does not react so restrictively to short-term network and power disturbances, please update your device.

EDIT: After applying developer's suggestion it works fine. Original review: The app does not see my wLightBox v2 even when connected to the device's network. There is an info about enabling network permission but there is no permission like that, only Contacts, Files and Location. I'm on Pixel 3a, latest Android.

On some Android versions you should disable mobile data (LTE) to use a WiFi network without the Internet access (like the device's network) otherwise, Android will not allow the app to use this WiFi network - unfortunately, it's an unresolved issue on Android OS side.
