I'm rating the App, not the store. The App is terrible, rather shop on a browser. Primor is good for cosmetics, so far I haven't had issues and I've been ordering from them for over a year. Their pricing on certain 'The Ordinary' products jumped up a lot recently, now they're more expensive than other stores.

The app is frustratingly slow to search and navigate. Then when you finally reach the checkout, you find they don't offer Google Pay, which means more time wasted having to enter all your address and payment details, compounded by the excruciatingly slow app struggling to move on between all these needless additional steps. I abandoned my order and purchased elsewhere

Impossible to finalize any order via app and website, I have tried many times. I really like Primor and the products but the app doesn't work at all. Unfortunately I have to go in person at the shop.
