Horrible experience. ordered a pressure washer a week ago. Sept 12. still hasn't shipped. they took my money though. called customer support. no help. said they are working on it. called to cancel order, said they would send an email with instructions. no email. at this point im disputing the purchase with my credit card company. be warned.

Just bought the 80 21" self propelled mower. Used it for the first time after a very easy assembly process- just needed a Phillips screw driver. Cutting experience was great after charging and installing battery. Typical male thinking ..I don't need instructions and got it going properly in about 1 minute. OK I did glance at the instuctions. Cut my front lawn in about 10 minutes..still had 4 bars on battery when finished. Self propelled was awesome. Easy storage. Done with gas...

Once i got the replacement spool, it was very fast and easy to install. it works great, and for this, I raise my rating. I will still run with the Greenworks brand for certain. so far, this is a horrible experience. way too long to deliver my part. by the way, WHERE IS MY PART. I needed it a week ago, not next month. I have been waiting for two weeks since I ordered. I could have bought it at Tractor Supply instead,,, as well, next time I will.
