About this app

Do you like to have an overview of your material at the workstation? Do you want to avoid having to search for the correct material (e.g. edging strips)?

With materialAssist you always know where all your edging strips are and how much material is still available for each type at the workstation. You can also display the precise location of the edging strip that you want to process next.
We will enhance this function in the future so that you will be able to use HOMAG materialAssist to also manage your panel offcuts, for example.


materialAssist Edge for edging strip management

Clear management of your edging strips: Document all entries into and re-movals from storage so that you always know how much edge material you still have at the workstation.

LED display for optimal organization: Reduce your setup times with a faster edge change and avoid having to search for edging strips. LEDs show you the storage slot in the edge rack and highlight the edge in the rack that is to be processed next (pick by light).

Save time when printing labels: Print the edging strip label directly from the app and label your edges.
