it doesn't work since the most recent changes. The loading indicator rotates forever after the authentication.

Biometric login was broken for well over 2 years with no option to fix it. Transactions don't highlight the amount or the sender/recipient, instead they focus on whether it's a charge or incoming transfer. Finding any one particular transaction is nye-impossible. In-app customer support is perpetually broken and branch offices don't have enough people working at any one time to ensure quick support. Some functions in the branches also still require me to call into the automated telephone system.

Does the basic functions, but lacks of features and extras. Biggest pain is handling partner list. It could be cached encrypted to save minutes loading it every time it's accessed. Deleting entries from partner list can be done only one-by-one and only reauthenticating for each deletions, and then the app reloads the full list again :facepalm: The app doesn't look modern.
